- dismantle ventilation shafts;

- to have a kitchen or a bathroom above the living rooms of the neighbors below;

Step 2

To obtain permission for redevelopment, you must prepare the following documents and submit them to the administration of your district or municipality:

- application for redevelopment in a unified form;

- redevelopment project, drawn up in accordance with the established procedure;

- documents of title to the apartment - certificate of state registration of ownership of it - the original or a notarized copy;

- BTI technical passport for this apartment, the issuance period of which is no more than three years;

- permission of the authorities exercising architectural supervision, if the apartment is located in a building that is classified as an architectural or historical monument;

- consent to redevelopment of all adult family members permanently registered in this apartment, including those who are temporarily absent.

Step 3

You must accept the package of documents and draw up a receipt for its receipt with a list of all the papers included in it. The receipt must contain not only the signature of the person who accepted the documents, but also must indicate his position and decryption of the signature. Within 45 days from the date of submission of the application, a special commission must consider your documents and make a decision on the merits of this issue.

Step 4

After the decision has been made, within 3 working days, you must be issued a redevelopment permit or a justified refusal to carry it out. Only after you have received this permission, you can begin work on the redevelopment of the apartment.
