  • - gasoline;
  • - acetone or alcohol;
  • - porcelain;
  • - mortar and pestle;
  • - epoxy adhesive;
  • - BF-2 glue;
  • - zinc white;
  • - "Supercement"
  • - restorer of enamel QULOSA or restorer BISON;
  • - restorers "Svetlana", "Renaissance", "Fantasy";
  • - abrasive stone;
  • - a vacuum cleaner.

Instructions

Step 1

There are special materials that can be used to restore the coating of bathtubs, sinks, washing machines, dryers and dishwashers, refrigerators, gas stoves, etc. The QULOSA enamel restorer or BISON restorer are suitable for these purposes. Sand the damaged surface with sandpaper. Wipe with gasoline, then dry. Apply a layer of enamel. Let dry. Apply another layer and leave for 24 hours. After 24 hours, you will have a shiny, thermo-hydro-resistant surface.

Step 2

In the presence of significant damage, purchase funds intended for the cardinal restoration of the enamel coating - "Svetlana", "Renaissance", "Fantasy". The set with them includes special cleaning agents. Sand the surface to be restored with an abrasive stone until a dense network of scratches appears. Remove debris with a vacuum cleaner and rinse the tub thoroughly with hot water. Dry. Next, follow the instructions that came with the restorer.

Step 3

A simple and cheap way to restore the surface is to use a porcelain patch. Sand the chipped area with sandpaper. Wipe with gasoline. Degrease with acetone or alcohol. You will need shards of some kind of porcelain item. Take a mortar and pestle and crush them into powder. Cover the chip with epoxy glue and dust with porcelain powder. Add chalk, talcum powder or zinc white. Smooth out and let harden for 2 hours. Then sand and polish the repaired surface.

Step 4

Another simple and cheap way to repair enamel coating. Clean the chipped area with gasoline. Degrease, dry. Mix BF-2 glue and dry zinc white or "Supercement" and nitro enamel to the consistency of sour cream. Apply 3-5 coats at intervals of 1-2 hours. The surface is smooth and durable. It takes four days for complete hardening - this is the only drawback of this method.
