Summer is the time of vacations, when many of us go to rest and work in the country. It will be much more pleasant to spend time on your site if it is beautifully decorated. You don't have to hire a landscape designer or spend huge amounts of money to do this - you can do everything yourself from inexpensive and available materials.

Instructions

Step 1

Start by planning the location of your beds, shrubs, and flower beds. It is better to do this in the fall, so that you can plant some winter plants in advance.

Step 2

Draw a plan for your garden with the location of the house, outbuildings and garden trees.

Step 3

Think about where and how to arrange the vegetable beds so that they are not visible. Place them behind your house, or plant rose, poppy, or peony bushes in front of them to keep them out of sight.

Step 4

Select a recreation area on the site, where a table, benches, a barbecue and a hammock will be located. You can make in this place a covered veranda with openwork walls, and along it plant a climbing plant that will crawl beautifully along the wall and create shade on sunny days.

Step 5

Plant an artificial turf in the area of your chosen recreation area. It will not spoil the look of your site, and it is much more convenient to cut it than regular grass, since it is even and uniform.

Step 6

The main decoration of any personal plot is, of course, flowers. Therefore, plant as many different flowering bushes as possible or organize several flower beds. They can be made from car tires, old buckets and cans, or you can simply dig up the ground and build a fence from small slats or stones. Fences, similar to a small wattle fence, also look very beautiful. You can make them from the branches of any tree or shrub, but willow twigs are best.

Step 7

Choose flowers for your site so that they are in harmony with each other, and so that their flowering time is different. This will keep your site looking attractive over several seasons.

Step 8

You can place a small pond on the site. Forms for reservoirs are sold in specialized stores and cost about one and a half thousand rubles. If you still decide not to buy a form, but really want to have your own pond, then make it yourself. Dig a hole of the correct size and shape and cover the bottom and sides with plastic wrap. Then you can sprinkle the film with sand so that it is not visible and fill the reservoir with clean water. Decorate the shore of your pond with lilies, tulips or irises.

Step 9

An alpine slide is a very common decoration of personal plots. It is very simple to make it. It is enough to fill a small hill of earth, surround its edges with stones and plant flowers so that the tallest plants are located in the center, and stunted plants at the edges.

Step 10

In order for the appearance of your site not to be spoiled by various outbuildings, show imagination and decorate them in an original way. So, for example, a small indoor cellar or outdoor toilet can be made in the form of a mill, giving them an appropriate shape and attaching wings. A barn or a bathhouse can be made in the form of a hut on chicken legs. Such fabulous houses will perfectly fit into a neat garden planted with many flowers.
