Modern housing construction is constantly being improved, striving for ways to optimize the construction process. And in this case, one of the main types of technologies used is the construction of walls from a monolith. This material is a geological formation in the form of a solid stone block. Monoliths are also called structures carved from solid stone or parts of it, for example, monuments.

Instructions

Step 1

The monolith is poured into special structures to create a wall. For this, a reliable and durable formwork is arranged in a composition with iron reinforcement. Then liquid concrete is poured into it.

Step 2

After that, it is necessary to wait a certain time until this solution hardens. Further, the formwork is removed and, with the proper quality of work, monolithic walls are formed, which do not even require plastering - you can immediately stick wallpaper on them.

Step 3

In order to make standard formwork, you first need to bring the boards to the site, and then put together the formwork from them. At the same time, there is a permanent formwork, which is not subsequently thrown away, but becomes an organic (and even very useful) element of the enclosing structure, contributing to the effective insulation of the walls. This technology has quite a few names, one of which is "thermo-house", which means a well-insulated house.

Step 4

The technology is based on the thermodom construction of walls made of monolithic concrete with the help of such fixed formwork from construction special polystyrene foam in the form of certain light modules. One and a half meter modules have such a cavity, which is reinforced and filled with concrete during construction. At the same time, the special design of the locks can allow you to quickly and accurately connect the blocks, and will also prevent the concrete from flowing out. Therefore, in the course of one technological process, a monolithic concrete wall is constructed, which has a soundproofing shell made of expanded polystyrene on the outside and inside.

Step 5

To erect such a "thermo-house" wall on the horizontal prepared surface of the foundation or floor slab of the lower floor, the formwork modules are placed in a checkerboard pattern. After installing the reinforcing bars, layered concreting is created using a pump or manually.
