Connecting a three-phase machine

These three-phase circuit breakers of the PL6-C10 series are rated for 25 A and are suitable for AC circuits. The regulator in the PL6-C10 / 3 switch is of a single-channel type. The output voltage at the contacts of the device reaches a maximum of 300 V, and the power of the machines of this series is 2 kW. The conductivity of the resistor is 3 microns.

Models of the input automatic machine of the BA47 series have a high input voltage. The permissible overload level of the relay is 40 A. However, drive units should only be connected with single adapters. Resistors for such modifications are also installed of a low-resistance type. On expanders, the resistance parameter is 30 ohms.

Thanks to this equipment, the problems with frequency failures are not terrible for the machines of this series. A modulator with three capacitors is installed to protect the device. The transceiver for the BA47-33 model is located in the upper part of the structure. However, when connecting this model of the machine, it should be borne in mind that a dinistor failure protection system is not provided here. Contact drive mechanisms allow the machine to be connected via a 240 V relay. The frequency of the device is 55 Hz. When connecting, it is necessary to use insulators with filters, as a rule, the electrode type is used.

The characteristics of the VA47-35 modification machine are suitable for drives designed for 30 A, the conductivity indicator on the expander will be at least 3 microns. This model uses two quality filters. The input impedance of this version of the machine is also 30 ohms. The modulator is with two adapters, and the resistors are of the operational type. Moreover, the overload indicator of insulators cannot exceed 23 A.

When connecting, it must be borne in mind that there is no impulse noise protection system for this three-phase machine. The triode in the device is installed at the bottom of the structure, and the contacts are under the closing mechanism. The change in the position of the resistors is due to the transistor. The conductivity of the varicap corresponds to 4 microns. The model is connected only through a relay for 230 V, however, the output voltage of the device is at least 300 V. Protection against phase distortion is not provided for this version of the machine.

Characteristics of modifications Legrand 40 and 45

A three-phase automatic machine of these modifications is produced with two wire resistors with voltage stabilization and a conductivity on the capacitor of no more than 3 microns. The machine is suitable for 40 A drives. The varicap installed in the device is used with a line filter.

When installing Legrand 40, it is important to take into account that the machine has only one converter, and the expander overload limit is not more than 3 A. The output voltage at the contacts will be 250 V, therefore, a 300 V relay must not be used. Phase distortion protection is not provided for this machine.

The parameters of the Legrand 45 model correspond to a single-channel type regulator. The machine is necessary for switching off the drive devices and is equipped with three capacitors of good conductivity. The resistors in the device are located behind the contacts. To stabilize the output voltage, an expander and linear filters are used. When connecting the machine, it is allowed to use a 200 V relay. Moreover, the converter for this modification is designed for large overloads.

Characteristics of a three-phase automatic machine model ABB 30

Automatic machines of the ABB series are manufactured with three resistors. The indicator of the output voltage across the capacitors is 230 V. It is important to note that this model stands out for its low resistance, and there is no protection system against impulse noise here at all.

Capacitors on the machine expander are installed of a capacitive type. There is a special varicap that protects against overvoltage problems. When connecting the device, only a 240V relay and an operational type triode should be used. In total, this modification uses four line filters. It should be noted that the machine is well suited for drives with a permissible current strength of 43 A.

The minimum conductivity index for a three-phase machine for this purpose is about 4 microns. It should be borne in mind that the capacitors in this version are located behind the contacts. If it is required to connect with an increase in the output voltage, then in this case it is necessary to use only the online expander. In the device of this modification, a modulator with two filters is used, and a tetrode is installed of a magnetic type.
