  • - scissors or knife.

Instructions

Step 1

Punch up a plywood box (dimensions: 600x800x400 millimeters). But first, mark the plywood sheet. Then cut out the individual elements of the future dryer with a hacksaw (cut strictly along the outlined lines).

Step 2

Using nails and a hammer, connect the elements of the drying box together. After the body is assembled, attach a fine metal mesh to the bottom of the drying chamber.

Step 3

Use a wire to secure the fan motor to the mesh bottom. The installed motor must be compact and run from a 220 V network. By the way, the electric motor can be taken from an old turntable.

Step 4

Following this, it is necessary to collect trays on which fruits, vegetables, mushrooms and berries will be laid out. To do this, you need a polymer mesh and wooden slats with a section of 30x45x50 millimeters. Cut the slats to the required dimensions (cut at a 45-degree angle) and use sandpaper to remove the burrs.

Step 5

Select a quarter around the perimeter of each tray (that is, it turns out on both sides of the rail). This must be done to tightly stack the trays on top of each other.

Step 6

On wooden slats, mark the future grooves with a pencil. Using a plane or chisel, as well as a hammer, cut the groove. After that, sand the plane of the sample using sandpaper.

Step 7

Nail the tray frame together. Then pull on the protective plastic mesh and secure it to the tray using staples and a stapler. Cut off the excess edges of the mesh with a sharp knife or scissors.
