  • -lemon juice;
  • -ammonia;
  • -shampoo;
  • -starch;

Instructions

Step 1

The cleaning mechanism depends on the type of white fur (artificial or natural). There shouldn't be any special problems with faux fur. This is a lint-like textile. Wash in warm water (no higher than 40 degrees) with powder or shampoo.

Step 2

Rinse well and do not twist, just squeeze lightly, wrap in a sheet and dry then flattened at room temperature.

Step 3

If the fake white fur turns yellow, apply a mixture of water and lemon juice, mixing them in equal proportions, and brush it off.

Step 4

With natural fur, everything is more complicated. Furriers recommend to protect it from rain and snow, and even more so they do not advise to wash it, since the flesh may begin to creep, and the hairs will fall out. Therefore, in case of severe contamination, it is better to give such a product to a dry cleaner, while choosing a specialist in the cleaning of fur products.

Step 5

Considering that the fur can withstand an average of 5 dry-cleaners, then if you just need to freshen the fur, clean it at home. This will be the so-called dry wash. Before doing it, check the flesh for strength. To do this, mix 50 ml of warm water, 2 drops of ammonia and 1 drop of shampoo, apply drops on the flesh in different places. If when you try to stretch it, it does not break, then you can "wash".

Step 6

Sprinkle the fur with potato starch and gently rub the product, then spray it with soapy water from a spray bottle and rub again. Leave the fur to dry at room temperature when dry, brush and comb well.

Step 7

If there are greasy spots on the white fur, then wipe them first with a cloth dipped in a solution of gasoline and washing powder, then with pure gasoline, and then with starch. You can use a paste made from gasoline and starch.

Step 8

If you need to clean the entire fur coat, for example, from a rabbit or a polar fox, then push back the lining, take 2-3 kg of starch and "bathe" the fur in it with your hands, as in a regular wash. After that, shake the fur coat well, brush it with a clothes brush and comb it. The result will please you very much.
