It is necessary

  • - superphosphate
  • - nitrogen fertilizers
  • - potassium salt
  • - peat
  • - sand
  • - potassium permanganate

Instructions

Step 1

You can plant grapes both in the spring, as soon as the frosts are over, during the period of rapid growth of the seedling, and in early autumn. But early autumn planting is preferable, since in September the root system is actively developing and the seedling takes root well, which allows it to winter well.

Step 2

If the soil on the site is poor, restructure the soil. To do this, in the spring, dig up the area as deep as possible and plant peas, mustard, vetch, rank or other legumes. Add superphosphate to the soil at the rate of 150 grams per square meter, fifty grams of nitrogen fertilizers and 50-100 potassium salt. Before flowering, mow the mass, and embed it in the ground 20 centimeters deep. Keep the land weed-free and plant some seedlings in early fall.

Step 3

If the soil is clay, drainage must be done - it will prevent the roots of the seedlings from penetrating into the cold clay layer. If you plan to plant grapes in the spring, you should start preparing the soil in the fall. Remove the top layer of soil by 2 - 3 bayonets, add a layer of sand 5 - 10 centimeters thick. Mix a fertile layer of clay with lime, peat, rotted manure and sand. It depends on the structure of the soil in what proportions you need to take all these components.

Step 4

A week before planting, start taking the seedlings out into the yard so that they get used to the dry air. Keep the plants in the shade during the day, and bring them indoors at night. Before planting grapes, the seedlings need to be prepared. To do this, cut off the extra shoots, cut the roots, leaving 15 - 20 centimeters. If the roots of the bush are dried, put it in water for 1 - 2 days, then make a "talker" out of clay and manure (2: 1) and dip the seedlings.

Step 5

Then dig a hole and drive a planting stake into the center, to which you tie the seedling with twine, or press the seedling against the side wall of the hole. This is so that the bush does not settle, and the roots do not bend up. Having covered the hole with earth, compact it well, and be sure to pour it with potassium permanganate. The solution should be light pink.
