It is necessary

  • - application to the administration;
  • - lease contract.

Instructions

Step 1

You can get a land plot that you have chosen yourself and it is empty, or the local administration will provide it and indicate its location. If you have selected a site, then indicate its location in the application. Authorized persons in the administration will check who owns this site and whether it has been leased. If the land is not registered as property and is not provided for a fixed-term or long-term lease, then you will be given the right to run a personal subsidiary farm or carry out agricultural work on the site.

Step 2

You are obliged to conduct land surveying at your own expense, put it on cadastral records. To do this, contact the land committee of your area, write an application for land surveying. You will be given the date when the cadastre engineer will go to the site and draw up technical documents for the site. All technical documents are drawn up on the basis of measuring the area, marking the boundaries, topographic survey.

Step 3

With the received technical documents, contact the Federal Office for Unified Land Registration, Cadastre and Cartography. The plot will be registered and you will be provided with an extract from the cadastral passport and a copy of the cadastral plan.

Step 4

Obtain a lease agreement from the local administration, sign this document. If the term of the lease exceeds 5 years, contact the Federal Office of the State Registration Center, fill out the application form. Your contract will be registered.

Step 5

If in the future you wish to register the leased plot in ownership, then you will only need to obtain a decree from the local administration on the transfer of the plot into ownership.

Step 6

You can also get a land plot for rent if you apply for the auction, which is held systematically. If during the auction you can redeem the right to build on a land plot, then it will be leased throughout the construction period. After the completion of construction, you can purchase it in ownership for 2.5% of the cadastral value. Auction tenders are especially relevant in large cities and suburbs, where there is a large population and it is absolutely impossible to get a land plot simply for rent without queuing and bidding.
